• 7+ years of professional software development experience with .NET.
• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead / Technical Lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using .NET and Azure.
• Define and enforce architecture, coding, security, and quality standards.
• Design scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Drive cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to developers.
• Make architectural decisions focused on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and maintainability.
• Design and implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
• Collaborate with Frontend, QA, DevOps, Architecture, Product, and Business teams.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Support production troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for modernization and automation.
