Trane Technologies is seeking an on-site logistics assistant in Monterrey to help maintain smooth operations. You will support unloading activities, data organization, and document flow to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will scan, print and file documents; answer phones and emails; manage inbound/outbound material records in Oracle, and capture invoices, ASNs and deliveries to keep our supply chain aligned.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure prompt unloading per shift.
• Ensure data and information are stored in an organized manner.
• Scan, print and file documents.
• Answer phones, respond to emails.
• Ensure inbound/outbound of raw materials in Oracle platform.
• Invoice capture, ASN, Delivery.

Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)
