Placements24 is seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher for our facility in Aguascalientes. You will design and deliver individualized instruction for students with diverse needs, collaborating with families and school staff to create effective learning plans.

The role emphasizes implementing IEPs, maintaining detailed records, and staying current with best practices in special education, all within a supportive team environment in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification/license with specialization in Special Education in Mexico.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching students with special educational needs.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong knowledge of various disabilities and effective instructional strategies for diverse learners.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to student success.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
