IFF in Mexico City (Polanco) is seeking a supply chain professional for a hybrid role with on-site presence once per week. The successful candidate will balance short-term and long-term planning, monitor orders, and drive resolution of production plan issues within cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a 2–3 year track record in supply chain or operations, knowledge of inventory management, and strong communication and stakeholder management.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of supply planning principles and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving capability.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP, APO, or BW is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Balance short-term supply and demand for assigned warehouses while aligning to long‑term planning objectives.
  • Monitor open orders and address production, quality, or raw material issues affecting the production plan.
  • Lead order confirmation for designated warehouses, ensuring shipments meet customer and business requirements.
  • Manage short‑term supply disruptions by collaborating with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, 3PL partners, and commercial teams.
  • Support strategic planning and inventory management for supply chains involving external manufacturing partners.
  • Track inventory levels, slow movers, and other critical status indicators; drive actions to resolve and disposition inventory.
  • Communicate proactively with cross‑functional teams when product availability or service levels are at risk.
  • Facilitate recurring scheduling meetings to maintain alignment and ensure execution against the operating plan.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure schedule execution and identify improvement areas.
