Formación

Drive the growth and strengthening of client relationships by acquiring new clients, proactively following up with existing clients, and conducting fieldwork. Coordinate activities with various internal departments to ensure effective service, support sales and marketing activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the delivery of an excellent service experience for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Director of Sales and Business Development, including managing shared email accounts and correspondence.
  • Prepare customer quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Facilitate customer samples, designs and other sales functions to expedite the sales process.
  • Schedule and maintain sales activities and appointments in the jointly managed calendar.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales process.
  • Support tender documentation preparation and submission.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and performance tracking.
  • Receive and process customer sales orders and track their progress through internal systems.
  • Liaise with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor stock availability and delivery schedules, resolving issues proactively.
  • Communicate updates to customers regarding order status, lead times, and potential delays.
  • Act as a first point of contact for prospective and existing customers for general inquiries, sample requests, and support.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring documentation, samples, and information are provided.
  • Organise and follow up on customer meetings, providing summaries or minutes where required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a sales support, account coordination, or customer service role.
  • Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, or B2B environments highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZOHO) and/or ERP platforms.
  • Tertiary qualification or specialty in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
