The role collaborates with security and cloud teams to manage Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, RBAC, PIM, and MFA, while ensuring high availability, strong security controls, and operational excellence. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Availability for full-time employment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
• Configure and maintain Azure AD Connect, including Password Hash Synchronization (PHS) and Pass-Through Authentication (PTA).
• Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity governance policies.
• Implement and support Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions.
• Configure and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Microsoft Authenticator integrations.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement identity security best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of Microsoft Entra ID services.

Directory Services Engineer - Azure AD

TCS is seeking a Directory Services Engineer - Azure AD to support the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise identity and access management solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available authentication services across cloud environments.

The Directory Services Engineer - Azure AD will collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams to manage and enhance Microsoft Entra ID environments, support identity synchronization and authentication services, implement access governance controls, and strengthen identity security through RBAC, PIM, MFA, and Conditional Access solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
• Configure and maintain Azure AD Connect, including Password Hash Synchronization (PHS) and Pass-Through Authentication (PTA).
