Tata Consultancy Services in Mexico City is seeking a Directory Services Engineer - Azure AD to design, implement, and optimize enterprise identity and access management services across cloud environments.

The role collaborates with security and cloud teams to manage Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, RBAC, PIM, and MFA, while ensuring high availability, strong security controls, and operational excellence. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Availability for full-time employment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
• Configure and maintain Azure AD Connect, including Password Hash Synchronization (PHS) and Pass-Through Authentication (PTA).
• Manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity governance policies.
• Implement and support Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions.
• Configure and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Microsoft Authenticator integrations.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement identity security best practices.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of Microsoft Entra ID services.
