Regal Rexnord seeks a Director to drive the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) deployment across North America, partnering with the PES RBS team to elevate continuous improvement and operational performance.

You will lead the CI roadmap, mentor cross‑functional teams, and manage multiple Kaizen events while aligning with the division's strategic plan and financial objectives. Travel ~50% and near major airports is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience across CI, operations and general management.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks and application.
• Technical background in CI methodologies and framework.
• Proven applications of CI tools: Lean, 80/20, Kanban, FMEA, VSM, 6S, RCCMs.
• Ability to facilitate Kaizen events to drive measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, lead and drive CI Roadmap for the division; cascade to sites for alignment.
• Coach, mentor and train teams on continuous improvement methods (Gemba-based).
• Lead multiple projects and Kaizen events with hands-on and influential approach.
• Collaborate with PES RBS team to define a future vision and gain followership.
• Identify and develop talent to leverage RBS tools across the division.
• Translate operational improvements into financial and performance outcomes.
