Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Director of Organizational Development in Mexico City. In this role, you will report to the VP of OD and be responsible for establishing processes and frameworks that enhance the overall effectiveness of organizational development and change management.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in this field and will successfully lead projects addressing organizational health and design while influencing senior leaders. This role combines both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in organizational development, especially in org design and change management.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong judgment to translate strategy into actionable programs.

Responsabilidades

• Establish processes and frameworks for OD and change management.
• Assess organizational health and lead org design projects.
• Build relationships with HR partners and business leaders.
