Driscoll’s is seeking a Director of Food Safety Processes to lead the global food safety and regulatory compliance framework for the Americas. This strategic role defines policy, governance and systems across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Peru, translating evolving requirements into scalable programs and practical, risk-based implementation.

The director will oversee cross-functional teams, report to the VP of Food Safety, and build external partnerships with regulators and industry

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
• 10+ years of food safety experience
• Produce/perishable food regulatory experience
• Familiarity with US, Canada, Mexico, Peru regulations
• Experience managing information systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the enterprise food safety strategy.
• Lead governance for policies, standards, and records.
• Oversee systems like TELUS, FACTS, Azzule, SafetyChain.
• Provide executive insights through dashboards and KPIs.
• Represent Driscoll’s with regulators and customers.
