Job Description Summary:
The Enterprise Resource Allocation Business Specialist Intelligence specialist will help bring the Fuelight 360 platform to life through the development and deployment of advanced analytics capabilities, leveraging emerging technology. This includes contributing to Marketing Mix Model (MMM) development, resource allocation strategies, and scenario planning while maintaining data integrity and ensuring advanced analytics align with Coca-Cola’s strategic priorities.
You will support the team in enabling the System to dynamically allocate and optimize resources to achieve the maximum value for Coca-Cola's investments and collaborate across multiple functions, teams, and markets to scale the effectiveness of marketing science globally.
Background and Context
The Coca-Cola Company has been on a journey to build a networked global organization across more than 200 countries, combining the power of scale and deep local knowledge to drive sustainable growth. A critical component of this networked organization is Enterprise Services in addition to the Center Domains, Operating Units (OUs), and Digital Tech Services. Enterprise Services acts as the enterprise product and services team of our operating system by providing a network of enterprise-wide scaled product solutions and services. This role sits within the Marketing, Commercial & PACS Intelligence (MCPI) Services team, which is a service line embedded in the broader Enterprise Services structure.
Coca-Cola has established a vision to dynamically allocate and optimize System resources to deliver the highest value against strategic and operational priorities. Within this vision, Fuelight 360 has emerged as a critical proprietary capability, providing an end-to-end (E2E) view of marketing and trade performance, while offering optimization opportunities across System consumer marketing and customer/trade investment touchpoints.
Launched as an MVP in September 2024, Fuelight 360 enables the System to make informed DMI allocation decisions by delivering real-time granular insights and forward-looking recommendations. The Fuelight platform serves as the System’s single source of truth for financial outcomes, customer impact, and consumer recruitment, empowering OUs, the Center, and Bottlers to achieve alignment in strategic and operational decision-making processes.
