Reporting to the VP, International Compensation and Benefits (C&B) this role is responsible for leading the C&B agenda for Canada and LAC regions including Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Chile.
The role serves as part of the International C&B Leadership team, who is collectively responsible for leading C&B for all markets outside of the United States.
The role requires a strong focus on strategy, enterprise thinking, people leadership, collaboration with local and global stakeholders, and managing complex, dynamic C&B and incentive agendas that vary by market.
