• Deep understanding of early childhood development theories, pedagogy, and policy landscape in Mexico.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and grant management.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote team environment is essential.
• Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the organization’s early childhood education programs.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative, evidence-based early learning initiatives across communities.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers and specialists, fostering collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring responsible financial stewardship and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, funders, and stakeholders.
• Ensure programs meet high-quality standards and achieve outcomes for young children and families.
• Represent the organization in forums, conferences, and advocacy efforts related to early childhood education.
• Stay abreast of current research, policy developments, and best practices in early childhood development.
