Magna Powertrain in Mexico is seeking an engineering specialist to drive digital solutions and automation in our powertrain development. You will develop data-driven tools, support testing and calibration, and help optimize manufacturing launches with AI-assisted workflows.

The role requires hands-on engineering experience, strong analytics, and collaboration across teams; English is required and German is a plus. This is a regular/permanent position with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Experience developing automation tools or digital solutions.
• Experience analyzing engineering, test, manufacturing, or vehicle data.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering tools is a plus.
