Citi is seeking a Digital Software Eng Lead Analyst to drive architectural direction for mobile and digital channels in Mexico City. You will lead multi‑team efforts, ensuring scalable design, robust APIs, and reliable deployments across NGA and POR initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, guide risk assessments, and align work with Citi’s CTO guidelines while maintaining a strong emphasis on delivery velocity and technical excellence.

Formación

• 6–10 years of relevant Apps Development or Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, PCF) and NGA architecture.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems.
• Experience automating code quality, performance, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale development efforts and projects with cross-functional teams.
• Guide architecture and design across mobile apps and microservices.
• Identify risks and communicate to stakeholders.
• Mentor SDEs and influence teams beyond own area.
• Ensure delivery aligns with CTO guidelines and platform standards.
• Perform design and code reviews for NGA/Plan of Record projects.
