The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic marketer to help build a global brand from the ground up. You will be a key player on a small, dynamic team, taking ownership of our digital presence and directly contributing to our international expansion. You will not just be executing tasks; you will be helping to shape our strategy and grow a new venture. The applicant MUST HAVE ENGLISH PROFICIENCY AND SALES EXPERIENCE AND WILLING TO WORK IN TIJUANA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Content, Email) to generate leads and build our brand globally.
  • Manage and optimize our company websites (primarily WordPress), ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Create and publish high-quality, data-driven content (blog posts, articles, market updates) that establishes our authority in the international agri‑trading industry.
  • Manage all digital communications, including professionally responding to and nurturing inbound leads from email and web forms.
  • Utilize market research and data mining techniques to identify new opportunities, customer segments, and target audiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A recent graduate or final‑year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience creating and promoting content through digital platforms (a portfolio or examples of work are highly encouraged).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (professional working proficiency is required).
  • Tech‑savvy and curious, with a strong interest in modern marketing tools. Familiarity with WordPress is essential.
  • Experience with or a strong desire to learn AI tools (e.g., Gemini, DeepSeek for content creation), analytics platforms, and email marketing software is highly desirable.
