A global technology company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Mexico to drive digital-first strategies for their premium smartphone portfolio. The successful candidate will manage integrated marketing campaigns and will have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Digital Marketing Manager

lead digital-first strategies for our premium smartphone portfolio in Mexico. This role will own the design, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ecommerce, CRM, and social channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliates, Mercado ADS, Amazon AD; S3P ADS overal)
  • Monitor KPIs such as Sales, Visits, ROI, CPA, and Conversion Rate
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Manage budgets and ensure optimal allocation across channels
  • Create performance reports and present actionable insights
  • Apply a strategic e-commerce perspective (Paid Media, Organic Media, and product content for online channels)
  • Negotiate Retail Media plans with online retailers
  • Collaborate with Branding, Design, CRM and BI teams to ensure effective campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mercado ADS, Amazon ADS)
  • Strategic mindset with an agile and e-commerce-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of GA4 and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics and conversion funnel strategies
  • Analytical skills and results-driven focus
  • minimum of 5 years of experience on Digital / Performance areas

· 5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, ecommerce, and brand strategy, ideally in consumer tech or FMCG.

· Proven track record in delivering ROI-driven campaigns and managing cross-channel budgets.

· Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.

· Creative mindset with ability to develop disruptive campaigns that resonate culturally.

· Fluent in English and Spanish.
