Tropical Incentives DMC is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join a vibrant team in Mexico. You will execute campaigns, manage content across digital channels, and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads to optimize performance.

You'll also prepare performance reports, maintain databases, and coordinate with agencies. The role includes supporting events, trade shows, and marketing materials development, with a focus on tourism and hospitality sectors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing roles.
• Experience in digital marketing and project coordination.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or service industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with the department's strategy.
• Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across digital channels.
• Monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, tracking performance and results.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and marketing metrics.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and records.
• Coordinate follow-up activities with agencies and external vendors.
• Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, marketing activations, and special projects.
• Assist in developing sales presentations and corporate marketing materials.
• Research marketing trends and tourism industry updates to identify opportunities.

Education
