Scania México in Hermosillo is seeking a maintenance technician to support technicians with vehicle maintenance or repair. You will ensure correct stamping of work performed and confirm completion to maintain workflow. You will also implement improvement proposals to enhance workshop efficiency.

The role requires hands-on maintenance activities, tool and parts handling, and adherence to work orders and processes within a Scania workshop environment.

Responsabilités

• Check availability of tools and parts to be used, retrieve them from the warehouse.
• Check availability of maintenance information.
• Ensure application of work methods.
• Perform visual inspections of the vehicle.
• Manage any deviations that arise.
• Wash parts and components.
• Start the work order.
• Prepare the vehicle or component.
• Search for information in the system.
• Perform maintenance.
• Finalize stamping.
• Clean the work area and return used tools.
• Finalize work order.
• Communicate to the workshop manager that the assignment is finished.
• Communicate deviations.
• Propose solutions.
• Follow up on established improvement plans.
