  • Experience with managing P&L Analysis, Gross to Net P&L Analysis.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Travel Retail team based in Miami, with a focus on key accounts in the U.S. Travel Retail/Distributors channel. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in sales analysis, retail operations, and account management within a luxury brand environment.

Job Overview

The Commercial Coordionator will support the Key Account Manager/Area Manager in the day-to-day management of our business across key retailers/distributors. The role involves a mix of sales tracking, operational coordination, and support for commercial initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Support
  • Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Support in the analysis of sell-out data to identify key trends and business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
  • Support with tracking current pricing trends in various international markets.
Operational Support
  • Help coordinate product orders with internal teams and clients.
  • Assist with tracking and maintaining forecast accuracy, as well as updating forecasts as agreed with Key Account Manager/Area Manager.
Administrative Tasks
  • Prepare meeting decks and business presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain key account files and databases.
  • Support in projects related to sales, operations, and brand initiatives on the Travel Retail channel.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interest in the luxury beauty, retail or distributor industry.
  • Experience with managing P&L Analysis, Gross to Net P&L Analysis.
