KBR seeks a Medical Waste Handler (FN) to manage accumulation, storage, treatment and disposal of medical waste at healthcare facilities. You will ensure clean, compliant storage areas and accurate reporting for government accountability. You will support HWSA operations and spill response as needed.
Qualified candidates will have strong leadership, organizational and MS Office skills, fluent English, and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for additional duties is required to meet objectives.
Title: DG BOSS: Medical Waste Handler (FN) Responsible for managing medical waste accumulation, storage, treatment, and disposal. Responsible for the general cleanliness and housekeeping of the medical waste storage areas at the medical and dental care facilities. Responsible for maintaining medical waste inventory from collection to incineration for accurate reporting to the Government for accountability. Responsible for and support Hazardous Waste Storage Area (HWSA) operations including but not limited to waste collection, processing for storage, and disposal. Responsible for and support Oil & Hazardous Substances emergency spill responses. Performs other work-related duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
