BairesDev is seeking an outstanding DevOps Tech Lead to join the R&D team. The role focuses on leading infrastructure migration to IaC, building monitoring systems, and completing the move to CI/CD across the organization.

Candidates should bring 7+ years in DevOps, strong cloud and microservices experience, and a solid background in testing, design patterns, and automation. 100% remote; USD compensation and flexible work arrangements offered.

DevOps Tech Lead / R+D at BairesDev

We are looking for an outstanding DevOps Tech Lead to join BairesDev’s Research & Development Team (R&D).

Our R&D team is essential to our technology solutions that drive millions in revenue annually, so we only hire the best of the best. What You Will Do:

• - Led the team responsible for the infrastructure migration process to IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
• - Build and deploy monitoring and alerting systems across our entire infrastructure.
• - Complete migration to CI/CD deployment model.
• - Support integration projects with 3rd party services (Payment Rails, SMS/Email, KYC, Analytics, etc.).
• - Build, maintain, and own InfoSec compliance efforts by implementing and enforcing appropriate processes and standards across the organization.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• - Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
• - Experience with Microservices and the Cloud.
• - Advanced algorithm knowledge.
• - IT infrastructure knowledge.
• - Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
• - 7+ years of experience working in DevOps.
• - Design Patterns knowledge.
• - Experience developing entire applications from scratch
• - Experience in automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• - Strong experience with Version control.
• - Strong experience with Unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage.
• - Advanced English Level.
