Thales is seeking a DevOps Systems Engineer to develop, deploy, and operate a platform based on Cloud technologies including OpenStack, Kubernetes, Cassandra and Elasticsearch. The role requires coordinating deployments, automation and monitoring to support multi-system platforms.

Office-based in Cuernavaca, the candidate should have a CS-related degree, 2+ years cloud DB experience and fluent Spanish and English (B2).

Formación

Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering or similar fields.
At least 2 years of experience in cloud data base administration deployment, configuration, and migration.
Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).

Responsabilidades

Define, architect, and deploy high availability solutions using Cloud Technologies.
Define, develop and maintain deployment and operation script and tools for deployment automation.
Understand pipeline definition and automation for building, validating and deploying the platform to work on CI/CD.
Maintain Solution and Database monitoring solutions.
Responsible for Solution platform deployment, installation, patching, and third party software upgrades on internal and external customer platforms.
Participate in technical design review and strategic decision making.
