Jobtailor in Querétaro seeks a senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform. You will manage Kubernetes platforms and ensure secure, compliant delivery pipelines while mentoring teams and driving client engagement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineering, strong English communication, and a Bachelor's degree. This role emphasizes security, reliability, and scalable cloud solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Azure-native services.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms and deployment automation frameworks.
• Implement security infrastructure and manage security incidents to improve reliability.
• Lead the design and implementation of secure IT systems to minimize downtime.
• Integrate security controls, secrets management, and compliance into delivery pipelines.
• Support AI model, prompt, and agent lifecycle management processes.
• Support Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, and Agentic AI deployment pipelines.
• Manage client service accounts and drive engagement by supervising teams.
• Mentor team members to develop skills and foster innovation.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and meet client expectations.
• Promote cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools to improve service delivery.
• Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with stakeholders.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
