HCL Tech is seeking a Cloud engineer junior with hands-on exposure to Azure DevOps and cloud platforms. The incumbent will support L1/L2 activities, monitor systems with Splunk and Dynatrace, and contribute to DevOps and SDLC across GCP and Azure environments.

You will work with HTML5/ReactJS/Kafka/Zuul/Eureka based apps and engage in automation using TWS, Jenkins and UrbanCode, while leveraging HDFS for storage. Rotational shifts and on-call duties are part of the role.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a support engineer with Azure DevOps exposure.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Experience with cloud technologies including GCP and Azure.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem and Event Management.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and participate in on-call rota.

Responsabilidades

• Experience across the entire SDLC from inception through build to production.
• Operate and optimize monitoring and alerting tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Contribute to DevOps practices and cloud deployments (GCP/Azure).
• Support HTML5/ReactJS/Kafka/Zuul/Eureka based apps.
• Automate and schedule tasks (TWS, Jenkins, UrbanCode).
• Ensure storage and data handling via HDFS.

SKILLS

• L1/ L2 Support engineer with exposure to Azure DevOps methodologies and tools. 8+Years of experience
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Experience of cloud technologies GCP/Azzure.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases.
• Knowledge of ITIL and processes such as Incident, Problem and Event Management.
• Open to work in rotational shifts (Morning and Afternoon Shifts) and share the on-call rota for out of business hours to manage the critical applications.
• Advocate of Agile delivery practices.
• Experience across the entire solutions development lifecycle from inception through build to production.
