HCLTech is seeking talented professionals with strong experience in automation, infrastructure, and monitoring technologies. The role involves building and supporting automation solutions across distributed environments and CI/CD ecosystems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, OpenTelemetry, and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace, plus scripting in Shell, Python or SQL. This full-time position is based in Mexico City.

Formación

• Hands-on experience delivering automation solutions across distributed environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling and scripting to support scalable ops.
• OpenTelemetry, monitoring tools, and log analytics experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain and optimize automation infrastructure and monitoring solutions.
• Troubleshoot distributed environments and collaborate across IT teams.
