GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking a DevOps IaC Engineer for a hybrid Toluca, Mexico role on a contract basis. The engineer will design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with IaC, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of DevOps/cloud engineering experience, hands-on CICD, and strong IaC skills. Experience with Terraform, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and related CI/CD tools is highly valued.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps cloud engineering platform engineering or infrastructure automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with CICD pipeline design and implementation.
• Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Ability to develop reusable and maintainable infrastructure modules and pipeline components.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows automated testing releases deployment strategies and rollback mechanisms.
• Knowledge of containerization cloud native architecture environment management and configuration management.
• Understanding of Develops security scanning least privilege secrets management and policy compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code principles and reusable components.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, AI engineers, integration specialists, data engineers, UXUI teams, and security specialists.
• Standardize build, test, security scanning, release and deployment processes.
• Develop reusable pipeline templates, infrastructure modules, deployment scripts and environment configurations.
• Manage configuration across development, testing, staging and production environments.
• Implement automated quality gates, security checks, approval controls and deployment validations.
• Support containerized workload deployment and cloud-native runtime environments.
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, infrastructure defects, network problems and environment inconsistencies.
• Embed security controls into CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code workflows.
• Support access controls, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, patching and compliance requirements.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and operational readiness practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, configuration standards and recovery procedures.
• Promote automation, self-service capabilities, reliability and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Position: DevOps IaC Engineer

Location: Hybrid - Toluca Mexico ( 3 days per week need to go office)

Duration: Contract

Rate: DOE

Responsibilities

Design implement and maintain secure CICD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments

Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code principles and reusable components

Collaborate with developers QA engineers AI engineers integration specialists data engineers UXUI teams and security specialists

Standardize build test security scanning release and deployment processes

Develop reusable pipeline templates infrastructure modules deployment scripts and environment configurations

Manage configuration across development testing staging and production environments

To be successful in this role you should have

5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps cloud engineering platform engineering or infrastructure automation

Strong Handson experience with CICD pipeline design and implementation

Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code

Ability to develop reusable and maintainable infrastructure modules and pipeline components

Strong understanding of Git workflows automated testing releases deployment strategies and rollback mechanisms

Knowledge of containerization cloud native architecture environment management and configuration management

Understanding of Develops security scanning least privilege secrets management and policy compliance

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities

Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Ability to document infrastructure processes standards and operational procedures

Nice to have skills

Handson knowledge of Terraform

Experience with AWS services Docker Kubernetes or managed container platforms

Familiarity with GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins Azure DevOps or similar CICD tools

Experience with observability tools automated compliance checks and policy as code

Relevant AWS Terraform Kubernetes or DevOps certifications
