Responsibilities

• Engage application Service Level Owners on a regular basis for infrastructure and application Stability, Reliability
• Monitor Orx applications and proactively engage and lead DevOps, Networking, DB and business to resolution
• Create detailed leadership reports on status of Orx applications
• Engage in Performance testing, release readiness, strategic intiatives and 1/1 readiness activities
• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
• Translates concepts into practice.
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
