Overview

Viaro Networks Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure and automate deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and operations using IaC (Terraform).
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
• Implement and maintain robust security, compliance, and access controls.
• Monitor systems proactively, respond to incidents, and drive continuous improvement. Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation to respond and resolve production incidents.
• Support disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity.

What We’re Looking For – Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Proven expertise with AWS core services.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).

Soft Skills

• Clear, concise, and empathetic communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Actively listen to client needs, propose well‑informed solutions, and set realistic expectations.
• Flexibility to embrace new technologies and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with well‑prioritized goals.
• Hands‑on experience working in and contributing to an agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• English communication skills are essential, with at least 80% proficiency.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Experience with advanced monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance best practices.
