Hexaware Mexico is seeking an experienced CI/CD Engineer to define and implement a standardized CI/CD framework aligned with trunk-first development and immutable deployment principles. You will drive automation, governance, and toolchain integration across Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, Snyk, WIZ and DAST to ensure reliable releases.

The role emphasizes hands-on pipeline engineering, modular YAML templates, automated testing integration, and observability across pipelines.

Formación

Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in enterprise environments.
Ability to define and enforce branching strategies, PR standards, and pipeline governance.
Proficient in integrating tooling to enable automated quality checks, security scans, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

Define and implement a standardized CI/CD framework aligned to trunk-first development and immutable deployment principles.
Establish maturity model for pipelines, including progressive adoption of automation and controls (L0 to L3).
Lead integration of core engineering tools into pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, Snyk, WIZ, DAST).
Design modular, reusable YAML templates for build, test, and release pipelines; ensure observability and failure diagnostics.
