As part of the Developer Productivity team, you will be in a very important role that improves the efficiency of Nutanix Engineers by making the production processes encounter minimal friction, while leveraging the full power of the underlying infrastructure.
This role is responsible for monitoring tool usage, addressing user concerns, and serving as the primary liaison with the Cursor support team for issue resolution and feature requests.
Nutanix\'s Developer Productivity team is responsible for enabling all our developers to do their best at Nutanix. We recently launched the Cursor AI tool to the entire developer community to support them with an AI coding assistant, and currently, 2.5K users are onboarded. We are seeking a Developer Productivity AI Coding Platform Administrator to oversee the operational health, user support, and vendor coordination for the Cursor tool used across engineering teams.
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
