Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the design, validation, and release of automotive differential systems and driveline components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, validation, and suppliers to ensure successful integration and high quality outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive product development, strong knowledge of differential systems, and proficiency with NX, CATIA, Teamcenter, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in automotive product development.
• Experience with differential systems and driveline components.
• Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, RCA, and release processes.
• Proficient in NX, CATIA, Teamcenter, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, validation, and release of automotive differential systems.
• Coordinate with vehicle engineering, manufacturing, validation, and suppliers.
• Manage DFMEA, DVP&R, FMEA, CAD models, GD&T, BOMs and engineering releases.
• Oversee supplier management, prototype builds, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support vehicle builds, launches, warranty investigations, and continuous improvement.
