Role Description
  • Quality and Consistency Assurance: Overseeing and verifying projects against the highest visual and technical standards (resolution, colour accuracy, file format), ensuring full brand guideline compliance
  • Team and Process Management: Strategic delegation of tasks, efficient workflow structuring, progress monitoring, and balancing the team's capacity to meet deadlines consistently
  • Development and Mentoring: Providing regular, constructive, and occasionally corrective feedback; sharing knowledge to foster the growth and independence of designers
  • Leadership Communication: Acting as the "bridge" between departments (Operations, PMs, Clients), effectively facilitating constructive discussions, and professionally managing feedback
  • Conducting your own professional projects: manage various design projects and share your expertise with clients and other participants in the projects
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identifying content-related and UX issues and implementing effective, sustainable solutions that drive the project forward.
Requirements
  • Documented experience in a senior or lead design management role and in the e-commerce industry
  • Fluent English level (min. C1)
  • Exceptional precision and a very high level of attention to detail—uncompromising quality verification and strict compliance with brand books
  • Ability to strategically solve complex problems and balance business goals with UX needs
  • Strong organisational skills and adherence to deadlines—efficiently managing priorities and the team's workload
  • Proactive approach, professionalism, and the ability to clearly and assertively present designs and proposed solutions
Must Have
  • Advanced knowledge and daily work proficiency with: Figma and Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent knowledge of the entire suite: Adobe InDesign (DTP/Print), Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with e-commerce projects for/with e-retailers
  • Expertise in DTP and Print Knowledge (preparation for print)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD (as a Figma alternative)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design purposes)
  • Insight into the latest design trends, UX/UI
  • Experience with PIM/DAM tools and task tracking systems
