TTI Group in Torreón is seeking a Design Engineer I to support outdoor power equipment development from concept through production. You will create detailed CAD models, drawings, and specs, collaborate with senior engineers, and assist with prototype builds, testing, and validation.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and up to 3 years of design experience with 3D CAD tools, GD&T, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years design experience in consumer, industrial, or electromechanical products.
• Experience with 3D CAD (Creo / SolidWorks / NX).
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Technical design ownership: from concept to production release.
• Develop and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, tolerances and specs.
• Analyze design trade‑offs for performance, cost, weight, manufacturability.
• Apply structured problem‑solving to issues and field failures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing and sourcing.
• Support DFMEA inputs and test plans, ensuring validation and margin.
