Allie Systems in Mexico is seeking a Deployment Lead to convert proposals into real, high-impact plant deployments. You will design end-to-end deployment plans, coordinate integrators and suppliers, and validate signals and machine logic to deliver measurable results from day one.

You will work with plant teams to secure adoption, manage timelines and risks, and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities during installation and validation, ensuring seamless integration across sites.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years in manufacturing: operations, engineering, production, or quality.
• Hands-on experience on the plant floor (not office-only).
• Strong understanding of cycle times, line performance, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, and bottlenecks.
• Basic technical understanding of PLCs, digital/analog signals, and machine logic.
• Ability to operate under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills across all levels, from operators to plant managers.
• Nice-to-Have: experience with machine automation, integration providers, or industrial instrumentation.
• Understanding of industrial installations, line drop-downs, cabling, and hardware mounting.
• Experience negotiating technical quotes and optimizing provider solutions.

Role Summary

The Deployment Lead converts commercial proposals into real, functional, high-impact deployments inside manufacturing plants. This role is critical to Allie's expansion, ensuring every project is executed with technical precision, operational rigor, and measurable results from day one.

You will design and execute the end-to-end deployment plan, coordinate integrators and providers, negotiate cost-efficient solutions, validate signals and machine logic, and work directly with plant teams to secure adoption and operational success.
