Job summary

Allie Systems seeks a Deployment Lead to turn commercial proposals into real, high-impact deployments in manufacturing plants. You will design end-to-end deployment plans, coordinate integrators and providers, and work directly with plant teams to ensure adoption and measurable results from day one.

You will validate signals and machine logic, negotiate cost-efficient solutions, and ensure projects meet operational rigor and quality standards across sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in manufacturing: operations, engineering, production, or quality.
• Hands-on plant-floor experience (not office-only).
• Strong understanding of cycle times, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, and bottlenecks.
• Basic technical understanding of PLCs, digital/analog signals, and machine logic.
• Ability to operate under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from operators to plant managers.

• Define points of capture, sensors, PLC signals, hardware requirements, and integration needs.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across integrators, suppliers, and plant teams.
• Analyze quotes, negotiate, challenge providers, and secure simple, cost-efficient solutions.
• Validate installation quality, cycle times, signal accuracy, logic consistency, and data integrity.
• Work closely with plant managers, supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure adoption.

Role Summary

The Deployment Lead converts commercial proposals into real, functional, high-impact deployments inside manufacturing plants. This role is critical to Allie’s expansion, ensuring every project is executed with technical precision, operational rigor, and measurable results from day one.

You will design and execute the end-to-end deployment plan, coordinate integrators and providers, negotiate cost-efficient solutions, validate signals and machine logic, and work directly with plant teams to secure adoption and operational success.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cycle times, line performance, Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, and bottlenecks.
• Basic technical understanding of PLCs, digital/analog signals, and machine logic.
• Ability to operate under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, from operators to plant managers.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with machine automation, integration providers, or industrial instrumentation.
• Understanding of industrial installations, line drop‑downs, cabling, and hardware mounting.
