A global manufacturing company is seeking a Demand Planning and Control Supervisor for Mexico and Latin America. This role requires overseeing the S&OP cycles for various brands, ensuring accurate forecasting, inventory management, and collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates have a degree in Business or Engineering, 10 years of experience in Demand Planning, and advanced Excel skills. This position is remote based in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

The demand planner & SOP Supervisor will be responsible to coordinate all S&OP cycle for all Kohler brands to be commercialized in Mexico and Latin America excluding Brazil. This role is instrumental for the success of our enhanced Customer Experience and to achieve our Annual Financial Plan.
The associate will lead a cross functional effort to drive the entire Sales and Operations Planning Cycle, it includes the update of the demand and sales forecast, creates and maintains forecast models for customers, manufacturing sites, distribution centers, etc, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources.
In this position, the Demand Planner and SOP Coordinator will pursue forecast accuracy, inventory health management and reinforce and command our excess and obsolescence policy to maintain and drive the appropriate stocks levels, guaranteeing new products development, new product launches, phase out activities, being launched on time together in conjunction with our Product Marketing teams. Will support track Net Sales and Gross margin.
