Amazon is seeking an Shift Manager in Last Mile Execution, with four key areas that you’ll always focus on: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your operation.
This role requires working with multiple business and technical teams across the company to manage successful Under the roof (UTR) performance, driving continuous improvement and enhancing carrier performance. The candidate must be effective in influencing leadership across customer service operations, technology teams, multiple support teams, multiple carrier partners and senior leadership.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Last Mile Operation in the North Region of the Country; overseeing the Under the roof (UTR) operation that focuses on the delivery of Amazon orders direct to customers.
