Safran in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to drive delivery of IT initiatives in an Agile environment. You will support Product Owners, coordinate planning-to-implementation, and ensure requirements are translated into actionable user stories managed in Azure DevOps.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering IT projects or managing projects.
• Proven experience managing IT projects within Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define and document requirements through user stories, backlogs, and estimates.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog management and project tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Support Product Owners in defining and validating business requirements.
• Coordinate project delivery from planning through implementation.
• Translate requirements into complete user stories and manage in Azure DevOps.
• Monitor project progress, risks, delivery KPIs, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and company standards.
• Promote Agile methodologies and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project delivery or project management.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in IT project management within Agile environments and cross-functional team leadership.
• Ability to define and document requirements through user stories, backlogs, and estimates.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog management and project tracking.
• Understanding of application development and digital solutions delivery.

Personal skills:

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer focus.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to prioritize in complex international environments.

Main responsibilities:
