Crown Holdings, Inc. busca un Mecánico de Decorado para asegurar la operación eficiente de los equipos de decorado y mantener la calidad de producto. Se requieren habilidades técnicas y experiencia en mantenimiento en entornos de manufactura.

El candidato trabajará en turnos, con enfoque en seguridad, control de costos y mejora continua.

Formación

• Títulación de grado medio o similar y formación técnica en mecánica/industrial o afín.
• Buen sentido de responsabilidad y atención al detalle.
• Interés por áreas de producción y manufactura.

Responsabilidades

• Mantenimiento preventivo rutinario de decorado y máquinas de impresión y etiquetado.
• Diagnosticar y reparar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas y neumáticas para minimizar paros.
• Ejecutar cambios de equipo y ajustes según plan de producción y especificaciones.
• Calibrar y ajustar maquinaria para calidad y consistencia de decoración.
• Leer e interpretar manuales técnicos y planos para reparación.
• Documentar actividades de mantenimiento y repuestos utilizados.

Mecánico de Decorado

Responsabilidades

Asegurar la operación del proceso de decorado, cambios de diseño con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continua minimizando tiempos, optimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

Requisitos

• INDISPENSABLE Carrera Técnica en Mecánica Automotriz, Industrial, Eléctrica o carrera a fin.
• Sentido de responsabilidad
• Agrado por el área de producción y manufactura

The Deco Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of decorating equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on decorating machines, including but not limited to, printers, labelers, and other specialized equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production machinery, minimizing downtime.
• Execute equipment changeovers and setups according to production schedules and specifications.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to achieve desired product decoration quality and consistency.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in troubleshooting and repair.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment with decorating equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
