Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Senior Databricks Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to embed with enterprise clients, owning the full delivery lifecycle from data foundation design to GenAI solution deployment on the Databricks Lakehouse.

You will work at the intersection of architecture, hands-on engineering, and executive client engagement, driving adoption and measurable ROI across Fortune 500-like accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, ML, or Solutions Architecture.
• 3+ years in the Databricks ecosystem (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Spark/PySpark).
• Experience designing generative AI solutions and end-to-end ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade data pipelines and analytics engines on Databricks.
• Lead enterprise client engagements and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Migrate legacy workloads (e.g., Snowflake, Teradata) to Databricks Lakehouse.
• Guide GenAI adoption, RAG pipelines, and model fine-tuning.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to delivery best practices.
