Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Databricks Architect to support enterprise transformation, technology delivery, and operational excellence within a global financial services environment. The role focuses on designing scalable data solutions, ensuring platform stability, and coordinating delivery across global teams.

The position requires leading large-scale data engineering with Databricks, Spark, and DBT, plus extensive experience in CI/CD, IaC, and workflow orchestration.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, DBT, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow/Astronomer for workflow orchestration and DAG design.
• Deep understanding of Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation.
• Strong knowledge of platform monitoring, reliability, and incident management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Architect and lead large-scale data engineering solutions using Databricks, Spark, and DBT.
• Drive end-to-end data platform delivery, operational excellence, and SLA adherence.
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, and data processing frameworks.
