Jobgether is seeking a Cloud Engineer based in Mexico to join a partner team focused on scaling modern cloud-based data environments. You will help onboarding to Databricks, build Data Landing Zones, and work with Azure resources, IaC, automation, and deployment pipelines.

You will troubleshoot requests as a first-line contact, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to improve cloud operations and data platform reliability.

Formación

• 1–3 years of hands-on Databricks in a technical or operational environment.
• 1–3 years of experience with Azure Data Factory or similar data integration services.
• Experience in application support, technical operations, cloud support, or related roles.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms, esp. Azure; AWS/GCP exposure advantageous.
• Experience with source-control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Knowledge of Databricks Unity Catalog, RBAC, authentication, Delta Sharing is desirable.
• Experience in Azure ecosystem and cloud resource management.
• Familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform, Bicep, or AWS CDK.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Scripting or development in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support to application teams via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Gather, clarify, and analyze technical requirements for onboarding new Data Landing Zones (DLZs).
• Execute pipelines, scripts, and automated processes to provision or modify Azure and Databricks resources.
• Support deployment of Azure resources using Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Identify repetitive manual activities and develop automation to improve efficiency and response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Create, maintain, and improve documentation for support procedures, workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cloud support operations and the Databricks environment.
