Support Services Group is seeking a Database Developer to design and implement scalable database solutions using MariaDB, MySQL, and SQL Server. The role emphasizes performance optimization, backups, security, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases, strong SQL skills, and experience with data modeling, migrations, and ETL processes across Linux/Windows environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra, SQL Server).
• Proficiency in SQL, database design, and optimization.
• Knowledge of database migration techniques and tools.
• Experience with data modeling and normalization.
• Strong understanding of indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.

Good To have:

• Experience with database performance monitoring and profiling tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Azure Devops.
