A technology services company in Mexico is seeking a Mid-Senior Level professional to lead the design and optimization of Grafana dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Grafana expertise and strong English communication skills. Formación

• Demonstrated experience creating executive-friendly dashboards and impactful visualizations.

• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
• Strong English communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level presentations.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced Grafana dashboards tailored for executive audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations.
• Integrate multiple data sources and configure alerts/monitoring to support operational and strategic objectives.
• Present insights and dashboards directly to executive leadership, translating technical data into business impact.
• Maintain and enhance Grafana configurations to ensure performance, scalability, and usability.
• Identify opportunities to integrate machine learning or automation into future visualization workflows.
• Work closely with the DevOps team (with foundational Grafana knowledge) and collaborate intensively with a key data consolidation lead; together, form the core working group to define data visualization priorities and formats for executive stakeholders.
