Job summary

Zurich Capability Center is seeking a Data Scientist to turn data into actionable insights that support business decisions. You will design analytical approaches, build predictive models, and work with data engineers and IT to deploy solutions in production.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or higher, strong Python skills, and experience with ML methods, including neural networks and time-series analysis. English proficiency and insurance domain exposure are pluses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems and structure analytical approaches.
• Generate proof of concepts from data to improve results.
• Prepare and pre-process datasets for analytical solutions.
• Generate risk insights that improve business outcomes.
• Build and implement predictive models using structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML/AI Ops, and IT to deploy models.
• Communicate findings and performance to stakeholders.
