Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interprets data and makes recommendations.
• Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies with program leads.
• Develops presentations for town halls and staff meetings.
• Manages relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Analyzes information to develop content and materials for communications.
• Communicates project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Liaises with Citi risk organizations to ensure alignment.
• Develops data collection and evaluation approaches.
