Skills & Qualifications Required

• Has/Pursuing Undergraduate Degree with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Minimum Process Tenure(Internal): 2 years

• Excellent understanding of data entry process, accuracy, and quality control measures.

• Proficient computer skills, including data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, management, and stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

Scope & Accountability

Supervise and guide a team of data entry specialists

• Provide clear instructions, setting performance goals, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

• Ability to conduct research on company information to reflect the latest changes.

Communicate the latest changes to the appropriate Salesforce Account Executive
