SDGGroup in Mexico is seeking a Data Modeling expert to strengthen our data and analytics operations. You will design robust data models, work with Snowflake and data vault concepts, and collaborate with international teams to translate business needs into scalable designs.

The role offers a permanent contract, a focus on modern cloud data platforms, and opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Formación

• 3+ years in data engineering with focus on data modeling.
• Advanced SQL and ETL/ELT skills.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
• Strong English communication for international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Star Schema and Medallion Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Define robust logical and physical data models with Snowflake emphasis.
• Implement Data Vault 2.0 and cloud data warehouse adaptations.
• Optimize data warehousing using partitioning and indexing.
• Lead SQL/ETL transformation logic ensuring data quality.
• Collaborate across international teams and translate business needs.
• Define modeling standards and data catalogs for governance.

Educación

Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
