Scalis LLC is seeking a data-focused professional who blends sharp analytics with AI tooling to unify data sources and analytics platforms into a single operational home. You will lead the collection, cohesion, and maintenance of core data models across accounts, contacts, candidates, deals, projects, and work records.

You will design the foundational data layer that lets future AI agents read across data without integration tax, supporting ERP consolidation.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on data/analytics with data-modeling responsibilities.
• Experience designing a canonical data model across multiple source systems and addressing identity resolution.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL including schema design and performance tuning.
• SQL proficiency for data exploration, auditing, reconciliation, and cross-database validation.
• Python for building data pipelines and transformations.
• Experience integrating with SaaS APIs and handling schema changes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern canonical data models across core entities (accounts, contacts, candidates, deals, projects, work records).
• Establish upfront data validation rules at ingest to prevent low-quality records.
• Coordinate with engineers to maintain a flexible integration layer for easier vendor replacement.
• Build and govern the semantic layer under Power BI to unify legacy reports and enable ERP readiness.
• Design read paths for AI agents to access structured data directly while avoiding front-end scraping.
• Own data quality, monitor recurring defects, and drive remediation.
• Lead migration paths off legacy systems while preserving history/audit trails.
• Apply Lean and AI tools to reduce data failure points and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Monitor and analyze unstructured data inputs (speech, text, sentiment) across channels.
